Size and Measure

Q: Are your sizes standard UK ,USA, or European Size?
A?Our size chart is made on our own, different from UK, USA or EU size. You need to check our size chart to choose the right size. You may also refer to our measuring guide to see how to get professional measuring.
Q: Can I have the dress custom made?
A: eDresstore is available for custom-made a dress if you can't find the right size from our size chart, which only costs extra 20 USD.However it will take about 15-25 days for making evening dresses and 35-45 days for wedding dresses, so please place your order as early as possible.
Q: How to measure myself?
A: What you need to prepare is a tape, and someone else who can help you take the measurements. Wear the same underwear which you will wear under the dress. If your dress is a backless style that you can?t wear bra, just measure without bra. Click here for more information of how to measure.

Order and Payment

Q: What if I would like to do some alterations on the dress?
A: We could individualize your order. You may contact our customer service about your special requirements, for example, add sleeves, require a different length, change a color, remove something you don?t like and so on, our customer service will tell you if your requirements are makeable, if there is extra cost and how much. We also suggest you leave a note with your order for our better identification of your order. Thank you.
Q: Can I get swatches from you?
A: We understand that it would be hard to choose the color over a computer screen. You are encouraged to order our fabric swatch and feel the fabric and color in reality. You could order the colour of swatches you would like. Each swatch costs 5 US dollars.
Q: How do I order multiple items?
A: To place the order for multiple items you will have to follow the procedures as below.
1. Log in on our website;
2. Choose the color, size and add the item into the cart;
3. ress the button ?continue shopping? and the add other items into cart;
4. Check out and pay for the dresses. Our website will guide you with your order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, West Union and Bank Transfer.
Q: Should I pay handling fee for bank transfer or western union?
A: eDresstore wants to remind all customers they are responsible for any local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank.
Q: Why the payment status of my order is still unpaid after I paid?
A: The payment by PayPal can be accounted immediately, but it will take 12-24 hours for us changing the payment status of your order manually, so please check the status of your order after 24 hours when you have paid by PayPal.Usually it only takes 2-5 workdays for us receiving the payment by Bank Transfer. It is better that you can email us, providing the copy of the payment if your order is still unpaid, our customer service staff will check it carefully.
Q: My Country Isn't Available in Paypal?

A: We can change the size and color for you but you may need to contact us within 24 hours after you complete the payment.

Q: How dose your shippingcost look like?
A: The shipping time and cost depend on your specific address, the weight of the items as well as the shipping method you choose. You could estimate the shipping cost in your cart, or ask our customer service, we are glad to answer your questions.
Q: Where can you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP.Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO box. So please offer us a street address.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Usually the tailoring time for wedding dresses is 35-45 days, and 14-25 days for special occasion dresses since the day you place an order. The shipping time also differs in shipping methods. The fastest shipping - expedited shipping takes 3-6 days for the shipment. The standard shipping takes 6-9 days. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your dress. Thank you.
Q: How is tax paid?
A: please be aware that some countries may charge a customs import duty tax that you may have to pay, please check with your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any custom duties charged by the custom office of your country.

Return and Exchanges

Q: What should I do if I want to return an item?
A: Please email us first if you want to return an item, attatch the photos of the goods in the email, our customer service staff will give you a reply within 24 hours. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will be unacceptable.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Customers need to contact eDresstore Customer Service to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your items. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will Not accept your returned item.
